Children who are in 2nd grade or older, have been Baptized and have 2 years (the previous  & enrolled in the current year ) of Religious instruction are eligible to receive these sacraments.  Fill out the registration form below and return to the Religious Education Office, inculde a copy of your child's Baptismal certificate & material fee of $60 (one child) or $90 (2 children) $120 (3 or more children).  Parents must  attend one of the Registration/Information meetings in the fall. At these meetings the sacramental schedule and materials are persented.

Los niños que están en 2do grado o más, han sido bautizados y tienen 2 años (el anterior y matriculados en el año actual ) de instrucción religiosa son elegibles para recibir estos sacramentos. Complete el formulario de inscripción a continuación y devuélvalo a la Oficina de Educación Religiosa, incluya una copia del certificado de bautismo de su hijo y la tarifa de materiales de $60 (un niño) o $90 (2 niños) $120 (3 o más niños). Los padres deben haber asistido a una de las reuniones de Registro/Información. En estas reuniones se presentó el horario y los materiales sacramentales.
